1. Placing an Order

When you submit an order through grelvexa.com, you are requesting to purchase the products selected during checkout.

Before submitting your order, please carefully review:

2. Order Confirmation

Because many of our products are designed to fit into specific shelves, drawers, cabinets, wardrobes, countertops, or other spaces, customers are responsible for reviewing the listed dimensions and measuring their intended installation or storage area before purchase.

Small differences in appearance may occur because of photography, screen settings, lighting, production tolerances, or the natural characteristics of materials. Products containing wood, bamboo, woven fibers, linen-style fabrics, stone-like finishes, or similar materials may show reasonable variation in grain, texture, tone, or surface pattern.

Decorative objects shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless the product page specifically states otherwise.

Some Grelvexa organization products may require assembly, wall mounting, stacking, adjustment, or placement within cabinets and other household spaces.

Customers should follow any instructions supplied with the product and use suitable mounting hardware where required. Products should not be loaded beyond any stated weight or capacity guidance.

Before installing a wall-mounted organizer, rack, shelf, or hook system, customers should confirm that the intended wall or surface is appropriate for installation and that suitable fixing hardware is used.

6. Prices

The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to your transaction, subject to valid promotions and the correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Coupons, promotional pricing, bundle discounts, free-shipping offers, or other promotions may be subject to time limits, eligible products, minimum purchase amounts, quantity restrictions, or other conditions stated with the relevant offer.

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs procedures, carrier delays, weather, destination, transportation disruptions, public holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timing.

12. Fulfillment and Shipping Origin

Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or from partner fulfillment locations depending on product availability, inventory location, and the delivery destination.

We do not represent that every order will be dispatched from a warehouse located within the customer's country.

Products should generally be unused, undamaged, and returned in the condition in which they were received, together with original packaging and accessories where applicable.
